When I first went to P&K they were so helpful calling and texting me. That was great. As the months went by the calling stopped and the emails and texting stopped. I had to call them and sometimes I wouldn't get a return call. I'm almost at the closing of my case and I have yet received my settlement check. I see that they do have an office in Clayton that you could come and pick up your check but they don't do that. I was also disappointed that the lawyer got more money than I did. I have had other settlement cases and the lawyer would take a lower amount just to make sure I was happy. I have to admit that Adam has been working hard on getting me my settlement check. He had one short coming and that is he don't know when or if my check has been mailed. K&P has been an experience.

Having a car accident is problematic but my pain was made easier with this firm. From the great customer service, the personal experience with Adam G., the speed in which my case was settled. I appreciate and would definitely recommend them. *Peggy H.

They really handled their business. My case took a while (over a year)..but well worth the wait. It just so happened someone hit me when I was JUST about to pay my 2 weeks late insurance...so...I had none at the time 🤦🏽‍♀️. I thought I had no chance at getting anything! K&P STILL got me almost $15,000! Hey...hire them...and then just be patient if you must. They got you!! Yacksary and Claudia...I want to personally thank you for your professional and personal characters. You were so wonderful to have during that journey. So do you think not letting your previous paying clients know that you withdrew from their cases and started your own law firm is responsive and professional? Its was bad enough that I paid you to do depositions in which you claimed the fee that was collected was for something totally different from what we discussed, (was very hurtful and stressful) Tony Anthony Bretz we emailed a few days before you withdrew. Do you not know that the professional thing to do would have been to let me know? Lucky for me, I inquired about the court date. It was then that, I was informed by the courts that you withdrew. When clients spend money on an attorney we put our trust in you. Attorneys are suppose to help not purposely hinder. Therefore I will not give you 5⭐ but I will wish you well. Maybe now that you're able to go to work and be your own boss without being in a hostile work environment it will help your performance. I saw what you were going through but you had a job to do as my attorney. You never got the transcripts like you said that you would. I have a new attorney now and received the transcripts in 3 business days,, (awesome right) the court transcripts shows the officer totally changing the lies he told.. God is good.

Besides being an excellent lawyer, Anthony is also a stand-up human being. He went over and beyond for my case, and throughout it all, he communicated well and in a timely manner. Simply put, Anthony is a man of integrity and it shows. I highly recommend!
