The best insurance company ever

Lemme start by saying , Danielle was awesome & the other guy I dealt with as well! The beginning process was a breeze. I was called every Friday with a update / checkup to see how I was doing & made aware of any new information on my case ! However it all turned into a horrific nightmare when CLAUDIA ESPINOSA got her hands on my case ! She’s suppose to be the reduction supervisor ! However she is the most horrible supervisor I’ve ever encountered esp being a supervisor myself. She failed to call me during her time of handling my case. I had to call her anytime I wanted any type of update & pray she answered the phone because she definitely doesn’t return calls. At the point that I was lucky enough to talk to her she gave me different information on several occasions! She informed me that she was waiting on a response from my Chiropractor to reduce the last 500 my med pay didn’t cover for medical bills. I then took it upon myself to reach out to my chiro myself , upon doing so he signed the documents in agreeance to the terms @ hand. Upon talking to Claudia shortly after there was then another excuse as to why they had received the check on June 2nd it’s been cleared && everybody been paid except myself. I was told to give them another week because the main attorney was available the week of June 14/21 to June 20/21 however I would be paid that following Monday June 21/21 guess what today is … JUNE 21/21 && guess what there is on behalf of this law firm another EXCUSE !! Today I’ve been told that they haven’t received my check & I have to wait until the end of this week or Monday for them to call me with a tracking number telling me they sent out my check! My initial date of accident was 3/10/2020 we are well over a year later with no compensation on my behalf , horrible communication, && a total nightmare of lies & deceitfulness. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED && beyond appalled by such supervisor they have in representation of there company ! Customer service & satisfaction is everything & this is a NIGHTMARE. I would not recommend EVER letting Claudia Espinosa handle the reduction claim of your case … you will be like myself waiting on a miracle on a hope & a prayer she’s absolutely unprofessional !!

These are the people to call if you have been involved in an accident and you have any pain and suffering. Kanner and Pintaluga Will Stand By Your Side always keep you updated about your case provide you with transportation to and from your destination I would personally like to thank ANDREA and his TEAM ..I've been very blessed to do business with 411 Pain they provide good quality good value they are very professional and always responsive I would advise them to anyone who truly has a case and is suffering from Pain & Injury I thank you my family thanks you Kanner and Pintaluga. GREAT DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!!

This team was very professional, always followed up with me in regards to my appointments, checked on me to see how I was doing, and kept me informed with my case information and the process. I am very grateful and appreciative for everything that this team has done in helping me settle my case, and the icing on the cake was the GREAT news in regards to my settlement, so thank you and GOD BLESS you all. I hired Mr. Bretz after an auto accident that occurred when I was pregnant. During the process I gave birth and had additional medical issues. He worked with me long term with my medical bills and coordinating what was accident related and what was pregnancy related. He kept me in the loop on progress throughout the whole case which took over a year to sort out and resolve. I am very happy with the conclusion and the level of service we received.

From start to finish very helpful. mimi hanna was especially wonderful.
