Martha was affordable and helped me get everything that was rightfully mine in my divorce. She’s very knowledgeable and works for her clients, unlike some attorney’s who just like to make deals, she actually fought for what I deserved and we never even had to step foot into the courtroom for my divorce back in 2014. Highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to start, I’m so amazed. I was facing 20 to life sentence. And just got sentenced 5yrs which is the lowest anyone has ever got for a organizer. Joe ALWAYS took time to explain every little thing when going through my case. And let me tell you I’m not the easiest person when it comes it understanding all that law talk but he always took the time to break it down and makes sure I understood every part. I was acquired of rape and charged in February 2020. I never rape anyone and stood to my truth. All the stress of the case for 2 years Joe always answered no matter what tike was just to talk to keep me cool. I wanted to kill myself because of how this made me look and Joe kept me wanting to push forward. Joe told me from day one he knew we would win because he believed I was being wronged and wanted to do all he could to fix it. He fought every inch. Case needed up going to trail where I was more scared my life was over. I couldn't take a deal knowing I never raped anyone but was facing life for 1st degree statutory rape. We fought the long fight and in the end got a not guilty 2 days ago after 2 years of fighting. Joe, Brian, and Jen all worked on my case and was all there at the end when verdict was read. NOT GUILTY!!!! I can bow start back building my life because of them. Would hired them again in a minute uf needed but hope to never need them again. Joe like family now.

I have been absolutely impressed by the expertise, support, and positive results delivered by Joe Flees and his colleagues at Frank, Juengel, and Radefeld. I first encountered Mr. Flees's work as he contributed research and represented me at a number of hearings in my defense of sexual offense charges. Joe and his partner Dan Juengel led a defense that resulted in a favorable plea deal that I could not have imagined at the onset. After some years, I was shocked to learn of a completely false accusation made against me, and so I immediately reached out to the team at Frank, Juengel, and Radefeld once again. Throughout this ordeal, which involved a criminal investigation and an investigation by Social Services, I was able to rely on both Dan and Joe to advise me and prepare me for each step along the way. Both attorneys were aggressive in their pursuit of evidence in my case yet adept at presenting my case smartly to potential prosecutors, investigators, and Social Services professionals. After learning that the allegations would not garner any criminal investigation (a huge relief), I worked exclusively with Joe Flees to fight the initial determination made by the Dept of Social Services. Due to my prior plea deal and the fact that DDS has a much lower threshold for determining possible guilt this was not a slam dunk. Joe's support was invaluable, his research impeccable, and his clear and thoughtful representation led to a ruling in my favor. My family and I will forever be grateful to Joe for his skilled legal defense as well as kind support throughout this difficult ordeal.
