Very happy with outcome, definitely received considerable more compensation than what was initially offered before I retained Cofman and Townsley. Had several attorneys throughout the 2 year process but once Barry came on he kept me updated and resolved it pretty fast!

I called Cofman Townsley after an accident I had in January, my vehicle was hit and totaled by an uninsured driver. I was very concerned about what this meant for me in terms of replacing my vehicle and covering medical costs. Kristen conducted my intake and was very helpful. She took time to answer the questions I had and explained the process of opening a claim. My overall experience with the firm was very positive. I felt like I was fully involved in the process. The team checked in on me to see how medical treatment was going and how I was feeling. I felt like I received a good level of care through out. I also felt like I received a fair settlement. During the settlement process, Tom was very proactive and transparent in his communication with me regarding the settlement negotiation, which I truly appreciated. Anyone who has been in an accident knows that it can be very stressful and even scary. It was reassuring to know that I had the staff at Cofman and Townsley in my corner in dealing with the aftermath of the accident.
