Okay, you only get a lawyer when you are in a stressful situation. All you want is someone, anyone to help you through this mess. Cofman and Townsley was my best choice for counsel, clarity and yes, even caring advice. They were professional and yet personified personal care. Thank you to Nate and Marta! You are the very best!!!!

I am sure most of the time they are great, I mean, the reviews say that right? But my experience is bad. I was in a head on collision in '98 (the other driver, going the wrong way on the highway), and I used a recognizable name as my lawyer, this firm. I regret this now. After 6 months of literally no communication, even after many calls from me, I got $3500 after they took 1/3. And I have a lifetime of neck pain. I found my own doctors, did all the leg work, and was neglected by all involved. My settlement didn't cover all that was needed. I now have the effects of undiagnosed whiplash, and a broken nose that was diagnosed and not set properly. I will need neck surgery in less than 5 years. I was 22, naive, and no one helped me. I am very dissatisfied, disappointed, and confused by how it all ended up. And there is nothing I can do about it. My advice to you is, sure, use them if it seems good to you, but do your research on the proper things a lawyer (much less a FIRM) should be doing for you and make sure they do it. I was too young and inexperienced to be my own advocate, and now I pay the price.
