Camille is the best!!

I would like to say that Cofman Townsley to anyone. We called often to get updates. The admin was very pleasant, professional, and patient. They communicated with us when there was new information. Mark was extremely helpful in providing detailed information whenever he had new information. I highly recommend Cofman Townsley as a great option for legal concerns.

I was in a car accident in a Friday afternoon in September, in which my mom's car (luckily only me in it,) was totaled. I had hit my head pretty hard, and was in shock, only concerned about my mom's car, how my mom was hoping to get home from work, and how I would pick up my son from preschool. I was not aware of how severe my injuries were. The next day I went into an urgent care for medical attention. My mom's insurance company was not being helpful or even polite, so I knew that I needed a lawyer. From the moment I spoke with Kristen, the intake specialist at Cofman & Townsley, I knew I was in good hands. She filed the claim on my behalf and was thorough in her explanation of what steps we would be taking to make sure that I was going to be okay. My paralegal Emily was quick to follow-up and she and even my attorney Camille, checked on me often throughout the process. What blew me away, was how whip-smart AND empathetic each of these ladies are. As a single mother of a four year old, and watchful assistant to my elderly mother, it is usually me that does the caretaking. I felt genuinely cared for by my legal team at Cofman & Townsley, and it was a welcome turnaround. They inspired trust and allowed me to prioritize my attention and worries on my daily challenges, while they fought for what I need and deserve. Yesterday, as I arrived at the office to collect my settlement check, I was greeted by all three of these amazing women. Finally, I had the opportunity to thank them in person! I cannot recommend this legal office, and this amazing team enough. I am relieved and full of gratitude.
