I've been dealing with Coffman and Townsley for over 40 years and I can say that you will never find a better group of Lawyers in the St Louis area. I've never been disappointed in all the endeavors I've had.

What started out as one accident case ended up being two separate accident cases. Both Nate and his assistant, Cheri did an awesome job for me. After finally settling my second case and picking up my check yesterday, it's with mixed emotions. Glad that it was over but sad to say goodbye to people that I grew to think of as dear friends. Thank you for all the long hours that were spent on this last accident. Over six years of work. I would highly recommend Coffman and Townsley if you are in need of a great attorney.

I have known and done business with Cofman Townsley since the mid 1980's. They have very successfully handled several cases for my husband and myself, including personal injury and workers compensation. They are all extremely competent attorneys, and very nice people as well. They will advocate to get the best possible settlement on any case they handle for you. They are very responsive to your needs and any questions you may have during the process. There is no better firm in St. Louis than Cofman Townsley. I know this to be true from my personal experiences with them. They are wonderful.

They helped me out with a drunk driving accident I was in last year and I’m very appreciative for it idk what I do without them they won my case and now I can get a new car and not have any problems with it and pay off stuff I need to . And I just hope that they keep getting good business and I will always choose them over any lawyer offices .

Attorney Emery Reusch and Paralegal Kelly B are the gifts at this law firm. Both were professional, highly efficient and really gave me Class A service. Attorney Reusch really fought for me to get what I felt I deserved. I was initially assigned an attorney that suggested I settle for 1/4 of what I ended up getting. This required me really advocating for myself and being persistent and ultimately my case got switched to Attorney Reusch who really listened to me, communicated with me, spent time to prepare me for depositions and really went (in my opinion) above and beyond. Very pleased with how he and paralegal Kelly worked together. My case took 4 years, and my reflection of three stars is not on Attorney Reusch and Kelly's service, but more so my initial experience with the first attorney and lack of communication and attention toward my case.

Back in 2016 I got a concussion at a hockey game. A fight broke out behind me and my injury was the fall out. My case was a long and grueling one for everyone involved but was well worth the wait for the outcome. Both Todd and Kelly worked tirelessly on a case that I thought would be a long shot when I first sought counsel. Head injuries don’t always get taken seriously in the legal system as they are a pain you can’t see. It’s not as tangible like other injuries tend to be. Neither Todd nor Kelly gave up on my case and believed in it and me. Todd taught me a lot about how to value myself - it was an unfamiliar feeling to have someone advocate for me as hard as he did. We ended up taking the case all the way to trial and he made the process as painless as it could be given the circumstances. Trial can be terrifying and he made it much more palatable. He walked me through every step, talked me through the hard times, and made sure I knew he was always rooting for me to get justice. Todd showed me that not only could this case make a difference for me, but it could be a step forward for others like me who sustained a head injury. And he didn’t do that with just his words; he showed me with his actions at every stage of the case. Kelly is by far the sweetest person I’ve yet to meet in my life and I mean that wholeheartedly. She stayed on top of things, was always keeping me in the loop on new developments in the case, was accommodating to the fact that I am 10x more responsive by text, and overall, a complete joy to work with. 10/10 would recommend. Because of them I am able to sustain myself, my children, and the treatment I need in mental health to work my way to a more “normal” life. It’s because of them and the case that I feel empowered to keep fighting for mental health and others who have been put in a similar situation to myself. I now have the ability to go back to school to become a therapist myself. Their care for my case renewed my passion for parts of my life I thought I would have to retire - school in particular. Because of them, I feel a sense of hope for the future I haven’t had since I got my head injury a few years back. There will never be enough words to describe the gratitude I feel for both of these people and what they have been able to do for mine and my family’s life.
