Todd Nissenholtz and his paralegal, Kelly, were exceptional to work with. I was kept very well informed and thoroughly prepared throughout the entire process. I felt like they were always working on my case and definitely had my best interest in mind. I could not have asked for a better outcome! My case was an underinsured case, I tried to settle with the insurance on my own. I learned that my insurance did not have my best interest in mind. Todd was recommended to us by friends, so I surrendered and used a lawyer. It has been a long process and one that I could not have navigated on my own. I delt mainly with Jennifer, she should get a raise, she is always helpful and friendly. Todd is very friendly and did not judge me for waiting so long to get a lawyer. Todd made sure every "i" was dotted and "t"crossed until he convinced the insurance company the value of my case.

His assistant Shameka and himself, kept me abreast as to what was going on step by step. They made me feel like I was they’re priority ( unlike previous attorneys I‘ve dealt with in the past).
