They keep you informed throughout the whole process, not to get a bigger payout for themselves, but to make sure you are taken care of. They are fair, honest and above all they are a true family. Outstanding, professional, excellent service and relentless persistence, Alex and Alvin _really_ helped me with a pretty serious motorcycle accident I was involved in. Everything from personable conversations, making sure that I was doing OK through out the whole process, to the serious business side of taking on the Hartford Group.
