Refuses to provide invoice to account for 7500 bill after quitting abruptly as an attorney for a 1 year old child. Works out of a disorganized dump of a basement level office off Big Bend. Attended a bottom of the barrel Tier 4 law school.

During my first visit with Simone, I felt that she would do well representing me in my divorce. She gave me some good advice, and she seemed to know what she was talking about. After that, dealing with her and her office has just become more and more difficult. As we moved forward with the paperwork, there were numerous errors in the documents, including addresses, spelling my name, and even whether the divorce was being filed in the city or county. I had to edit and make changes on several occasions since her office was not detail-oriented. Now I have just received a phone call that what should have been a simple non-contested divorce is going to take even longer due to Simone and her office not knowing what paperwork to file specifically in the city. This is going to add both time and money to the entire process. I no longer feel confident in her as a lawyer.

Art is great. I had to use him in my non contested divorce 12yrs ago. Due to the ex side causing undue issues recently. I called up my old attorney (who better to contact then the original from an old case) and Art and his staff were wonderful. He scheduled me in promptly and we were able to go over things. I was surprised how well he remembered me after 12yrs. He's had many cases since mine.
