Hired Steve for a relatively straight forward case and when I needed a pit bull, I got a poodle. He was always dismissive of facts and very condescending.

Don’t waste your time calling!!!! I just called and the laid that picked up the phone was so rude, wouldn’t even let me get a sentence out. I was starting to say “ I have a couple of questions” when she interrupted me rudely in the middle of my sentence and said your name so I stayed at my name and she said OK and just side of the dead silence for about 40 seconds. Don’t waste your time call elsewhere!!!

Great experience! I had hired a Large Big Name St. Louis Law Firm to represent me. However I had a terrible experience. They were very expensive and nickeled and dimed me with little to no results. Hard to get an hold of. And charged me for internally consulting amongst themselves! After going through 3 lawyers because they all quit the firm, I ended up hiring the Bardol Law Firm. BIG DIFFERENCE! I wish I would have hired them from the start. I would have saved money and time! Being a smaller law firm, they knew me by my name, got back to me quickly and charged me fairly for the services. But most importantly Ann Vatterott Bruntrager got things going quickly! She addressed the low hanging fruit that my previous lawyers missed and she stood firm and represented me well in the more challenging things in a difficult court case.
