I found Karl very personable, informative, with my best interest in mind while going through a relatively simplified process with his guidance on how to achieve my needs and protecting my assets Also included was a Family and Financial Organizer book which I found extremely helpful. Went in to have a will and trust created. Mr Hawkins took the time and thoroughly explained the differences wills and trusts and then made sure we understood those differences. Would highly recommend Mr Hawkins

Dave Schleiffarth was a great help to me in correcting an old error on my son's birth certificate from the State of California. The state made the process ridiculously complex for me and I gave up on doing it myself years ago. However, I wanted to spare my son any issues that might come up due discrepancy on various documents. So I sought help from Mr. Schlieffarth. He filed the name change order with Missouri courts and appeared in court with us. Then he worked through the state of California's harried paperwork process. There were steps that seemed overly laborious required by each state but Dave navigated it all and was terrific with communication and follow up until everything was resolved.

Highly recommend! Went out of his way multiple times and also took the time to explain things in detail when I didn’t understand.

Dave was a great attorney. We do fine financially, but we aren't rich by any means. I guess I just assumed that trusts were for the wealthy. Dave showed us how we can use a life insurance policy to fund a trust if the worst were to happen. He also showed us how to use the trust to avoid spoiling our children. So helpful and knowledgeable. He even took the time to accommodate some our our more unique needs.
