My nephew was arrested in Steelville, Missouri, on drug charges. We are from New Mexico and had no knowledge of reputable attorneys in St. Louis. I googled criminal attorneys and the law firm of John Shleiffarth came up. I called him, and he immediately called me back. He represented my nephew and always gave it 100%. The outcome was exactly what he indicated he would attempt to do. His expertise and professionalism, as well as his staff’s professionalism was amazing. M. Karl Hawkins, LLC was an excellent firm to work with for our needs. We came in as a cold call in that I was given names/numbers from MetLife and chose MKH LLC b/c of good reviews I saw and b/c of the convenient location. Everyone in the office was on top of everything throughout the entire process. Very nice to work with. I would recommend MKH LLC to family and friends looking for similar services and would return should the need arise.

Great professional service. Responsive and thorough with questions and follow up. Wording of documents at times difficult because of extensive legalese language. Very organized with documents and process. Interaction was through video conferences and in-person only at signing.
