Karl Hawkins and his team made the estate planning process smooth and understandable. In addition to being thorough, clear, and responsive, Karl was friendly, articulate, and understanding. I was highly impressed with Karl's communication style; if he said he was going to do something, he followed through AND he ensured he communicated/followed-up in a timely manner. Estate planning is daunting, but Karl listened to my needs and made it easy (and, frankly, less scary!). I can't recommend Karl and team enough.

Karl Hawkins updated our estate planning documents. He took his time and met with us even during the pandemic (with all precautions). He was very patient and thorough in answering at least a million questions we asked. He was timely in providing drafts and final document delivery after our signature party at his office. I recommend Karl without reservation for estate planning. I don't know what other law he practices, but I developed a trust relationship such that I am likely to contact him with future legal matters. I'm pretty confident that if he is not well-versed in a particular issue that he would provide me with a solid referral.

Finding ourselves new residents in Missouri, we needed to restate and update all of our family trust, wills and power of attorney documents that we had created in Ohio. Attorney Karl Hawkins and his team made this task very easy without multiple visits to his office. A secure document transfer tool, timely correspondence answering our questions, a Zoom meeting with Karl and a quick turn-around of all of our redrafted documents was so helpful and quite impressive. We visited Karl's office only once in order to execute the final documents. Everyone there wore masks, thereby protecting me and my husband. I highly recommend this friendly and professional law firm. We came away with expertly restated documents, instructions on how to fund our family trust and peace of mind!
