Mr Schleiffarth was contacted to update existing Trust. He was very responsive in the initial contact. He kept us in the loop on the updates and sent drafts in a timely manner. He answered questions we had regarding additional changes and updates. Attorney Hawkins and his team were fantastic, fast and helped me and my wife get our estate planning documents in place in no time! We had a few minor instances, when we worked with attorneys on personal matters, which made us cautious about what to expect from this interaction. This experience was in stark contrast and restored our faith in working with attorneys. We got timely, accurate response to all our questions, our documents were prepared in a timely fashion, they were always accurate, everything was very well organized and explained to us throughout the process, issuing the documents was literally a breeze. His prices were also very reasonable and his team was very upfront about what the expected costs would be. Attorney Hawkins would definitely be our first choice, if we have any future legal matters. Karl and Rachael were friendly to work with and very professional. A pleasure to work with in my estate planning documents. After they completed my documents they just stopped responding to me on the other 2 items I had requested of them. No idea what happened.
