My husband and i had a wonderful experience working with David Schleiffarth in regard to all of our end of life papers. We completed our Trust, Wills, Durable Power of Attorney and our Health Care Directives. We were initially impressed by his website and all the video presentations he offered. If you have never done this type of legal paperwork before he does a great job of explaining the process so you are well prepared prior to you appointment. You will be able to make a lot of decisions you have been able to think about in advance. We highly recommend David Schleiffarth.

Seeking an attorney for Estate Planning led us to The Hawkins team of law professionals who were pleasant to work with. Attorney Tyler Thompson was very patient with us. He was always responsive and available to answer our questions and explain the often hard to understand legal terminology and the need for wills, power of attorneys and the differences. Within a week of our initial virtually meeting, the many estate planning documents were ready for our review and signatures--conducted at the law firm--not via virtual signing. Forms that had to be filed with the county offices were handled promptly and securely. We received good quality work at a great value and will work with this firm if required in the future.
