Police wanted to talk to me and I didn't fully understand why. I thought since I did nothing wrong, what could go wrong? I am so glad I called Scott Rose. He prevented me from getting questioned. Come to find out, I was wanted for questioning on 3rd degree child molestation (Class C felony!). That ranks right up there with some types of murder! Police are great at coercing false confessions out of people and Mr. Rose knows this. Had I not hired him *before* I was charged with anything, I most likely would have been charged! Fortunately, the DA denied the charges applied by the police, thanks to the help of Mr. Rose. Hopefully I will never have the need for a criminal defense attorney again but if I do, I will definitely want Mr. Rose protecting me.
