If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so! I approached Jonathan Marks several years ago based on a recommendation by another well-respected attorney in the area. Jonathan has advised, guided, and assisted me through every aspect of my very complicated and on-going divorce situation. Jonathan took the time during our initial consult to get to know me personally so that he could make recommendations based on what would be best for me and my family. I am a classic Type-A personality and tend to be overly analytical as well as emotional when it comes to matters involving my family. Jonathan is very responsive, thorough, and most of all patient with me and all of the requests that I make of him. Jonathan explains situations and options to me truthfully and objectively. Jonathan goes out of his way to make sure that I have all of the information I need in order to make sound, confident decisions. I have also sought Jonathan's counsel for matters related to my employment as well as familial matters outside of my divorce situation. I could not have asked for a better counselor and will continue to leverage Jonathan's expertise of the law for every legal situation that arises for me and my family. I've had the pleasure of working with Jonathan twice over the last couple years. His experience and savvy set my mind at ease as he does his due diligence, is well prepared, sharp, and responsive. Jonathan is honest, concise, and straight to the point in regards to the case, what to expect, and the what the outcome could be. His explanations are logical and full of common sense which makes them easy to understand and follow. He understood my situation and also remembered the details of my previous case which was nice as I didn't have to re-explain my purpose for needing his representation again. My exchanges with Debbi were always more than pleasant, she's very polite, sweet and prompt. While I hope I never need representation in the future, I wouldn't go anywhere else if I do. He helped me with a divorce, with which I had no experience with and had no idea what to expect. Jonathan was a great choice for a lawyer. He was very professional and calming. He has expert knowledge and was able to help me achieve the best possible outcome for my case. I used Jonathan Marks for both my initial divorce proceedings and a recent motion to modify. He and Debbi are prompt in returning phone calls and emails. Jonathan understood (and was able to deal with) my roller coaster emotions during the entire process and he always made me feel comfortable during phone calls and meetings.. He was able to communicate the facts of my cases and i always knew the realistic expectations for outcomes. I especially liked that he fought for me to get what I deserved and what the law said I could get based on the evidence. Although he was certainly willing to go to trial if I did not get what I requested, he worked to get these results via a settlement. Although divorce stinks and there really are no 'winners', in the end, I was extremely happy with the outcomes.

I have utilized Attorney Jonathan Marks over the last several years for divorce/custody/modification issues. He listens, proposes a plan and discusses it with me in detail. Attorney Marks always makes himself available to discuss and answer my questions or address my concerns, which, I confess, I had many. What can you say about an attorney who always either immediately took or returned my calls and emails, night and weekends. What can you say about someone who never wavered from my cases (divorce, child support modifications, custody). Jonathan helped me make good decisions and made sure I understood the big picture and the small details. I wish I had more space to write because I honestly feel Jonathan is the best there is.
