Scam Beware Very hostile rude and seemingly uneducated calls person

One star is too many for this monument to selfishness which has gone on for close to twenty years. A record of service should be filled with continual accolades from repeat customers, satisfied with the level of service received. I started receiving calls from this company but reported under a different name. Probably to avoid call blocking software. The messages left were so vague, that I simply ignored them. Two letters were sent, without the customary notices from collection agencies properly registered in my state. I contacted the other company whose number they were using, and the voicemail messages stopped the next day. No more letters either. Calls continued from several numbers which hung up upon reaching my voicemail. I managed to block all their numbers and report them as spam to multiple services. I have never spoken to them and asked my state department of commerce if they were registered. The calls seem to have stopped for now. It seems they have no legal authority to collect the debts they are calling about and will not report your debt to the credit reporting agencies.

I just had the most unpleasant experience in calling this office. She asked me for my bar number and where I was license to practice law. I look forward to reporting this to CPI and to whomever will listen. Warm regards!

Zero stars if possible. This was the worst, most rude and disrespectful phone call I have EVER experienced! Tracy needs extensive training on how to talk with people and then could progress to learning how to provide courteous service. She had told me she would email me a copy of the contract in question. After not receiving it after 6 hrs I called again and reached Crystal who was polite and transfered me to Tracy who was on a tear! She said she told me it would take a week to 10 days to get it from Brinks - she NEVER told me that if she had I wouldn't have been calling back! I tried to offer a suggestion and Tracy said "I don't need any suggestions" She continued to be rude until she hung up on me.

Peter Roth was recommended by our financial advisor and he was awesome! Answered all our questions in a kind and patient manner. I would highly recommend him as his expertise and professionalism are the best!
