Peter Roth most recently worked with us on estate planning at the recommendation of a friend. It couldn’t have gone any better! We met several times. He answered all of our questions (a lot of them). Never felt rushed. He made it convenient to make office appointments and was always available by phone. It was painless and a pleasure to work with him. I will work with him again if needed. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I have worked with Peter A. Roth dealing with my will, revokable living trust, restatement of revocable living trust, durable power of attorney, a beneficiary deed, and including a property in my will's trust. It all was very complicated dealing with properties in NY and Missouri, a child with severe disabilities who has special needs, and other family members who are disabled and need my help.Mr. Roth was knowledgeable, caring of my situation (I'm widowed) and offered much sage advice. Plus... his fees were reasonable! I've worked with other attorneys and I have to say this was my best experience yet. You know the lawyer jokes... he doesn't fall into any of them.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I have NEVER in my life been so disrespected by someone who claims to be a "professional". After talking to Phyills. When I ask for them to provide more information they stated they are going to request the information. She called me back and never requested the information.

This company is beyond reproach. Harassing people over a deceased person's account which was resolved and closed but given to them in error. They demanded to speak to the deceased for authorization to speak to me on their behalf and when I asked to interrupt so I could explain once again that the person was dead, I was told I'm not allowed. Phyllis is an entitled, rude piece of garbage. I see her name mentioned in many other comments and she has quite a reputation for her nasty attitude and disgusting behavior. She's not the only one there like that either. Apparently it's a job requirement. They are liars as well and denied calling us multiple times, saying they only received the account 3 days ago. Then why do I have a record of them calling for over a month, even after they were informed they were calling a dead person on a resolved account? Come on people! It's 2022 and technology leaves a footprint. Do not use this company if you need debt collection and if you are sent to them for collection, document everything and engage a lawyer if necessary. This company is the lowest of low.

No stars. My guess from the reviews is that everyone has Tracy Cobbins or Convington. Whatever it may be. She was triggered when I was frustrated telling her my story about why this was wrong. Being that I’m 9 weeks PP and she didn’t listen to me, rather then she told me “ i was rude” and try to see what all has been going on because of the move. She should have heard me out because CPI has never billed me for these things. As well as I just talked to them and they said they didn’t send anything to my new address. I would hope that your would hire more pleasant people. It seems as you just have warm bodies with no personalities

Start reporting this company. To bbb and to people and media you know thats all you can do. Only if they made a mistake.

I was contacted by this firm only to be spoken to in the worst manner. The representative thought she could approach me in a rude and disrespectful manner. What's worse is...they didn't even consider what one might be experiencing during this pandemic...job loss, grieving, loss of home etc...The behavior the representative displayed was toxic, insensitive and rude. I am going to report them to the consumer protection agency and better business bureau. I want to give them zero stars.

Their employees tracey or what ever her name is very rude hangs up on people and talks over you very unprofessional, and this company keeps harassing me. I’m sure there are programs out Their for debt collector that harass people. This company Harrassed me so bad it triggered my ptsd made me have a sever mental breakdown.
