Souder Tate is somebody who will work tirelessly for those he represents. He shows care and professionalism for those he represents. I was nervous about my case, but Souder fought hard for me to receive a fair and the best outcome I could've received.

Souder Tate is somebody who is kind, professional, and someone who exceeded my expectations. When I got my speeding ticket for such a high speed, it became immediately apparent the mistake I made was. I was scared and nervous what this could do to negatively impact my future and that I potentially could've put other at risk. Never being in a situatiion like this before, I didn't know what to do and tried to reach out to places and lawyers to see if they could help me. However, most seemed too busy or unhelpful. Eventually, I came across Souder's website and after reading more about him and seeing his years of experience, I decided to call him up. Unlike other places I called, Souder answered his phone personally which was a nice change of pace and made me feel more valued. He was professional and very helpful in representing me for the court and worked hard to get me the best outcome possible for my case. Souder is somebody who works hard and shows actual care for the people he helps and is someone I would definitely recommend to others.

Souder has been nothing but a blessing to us. He has jumped through hoops to get us answers and has been wonderful every step of the way! We definitely recommend him!!

When I met Souder Tate ..I  had all but given up hope in the Justice system. I was facing the the wreckage of my choices made in the depths of my addiction. I was terrified , confused and needed someone to advise me ; but more importantly I needed someone to believe in me. Walking into his office was the first real step I had taken toward regaining my life after being clean for six months..It was the best choice I could make. He encouraged me , fought for me,  suggested and achieved alternate sentencing I did not think was possible. Today I  am invested and succeeding in the program he worked so hard to make happen. I've used Souder Tate MANY times. He has been an EXCELLENT attorney. The ONLY issue that I've had is that I've not always gotten return phone calls after leaving voicemails. This is the only reason that I leave 4 stars. Other than that, Souder is extremely honest to the point of where he will tell you if he will be able to help you with your case or not, whether certain steps are necessary or a waste of money. I've tried to do things that he has advised to me would be irrelevant and in turn saved me money. All in all, I would say that he's a great attorney for the things that he does!
