Souder Tate was referred to me by a friend in Recovery. He was very professional and prompt with his Legal Services. He helped me obtain my license when no one else could. I would recommend Souder Tate to anyone who is needing legal advice or consultation and getting help with fighting a case of their innocence or to get something as simple as a license reinstated. I consulted several attorneys, hired attorneys, and no one was able to give me my license until I met Souder Tate. I'm so thankful for his services. His assistant Rachel was very very helpful and helping me get paperwork and necessary documents I needed to have sent in. I give his entire legal team and his office a big thumbs up!!!!

Sauder is an honest lawyer he was always upfront and honest with me he did an excellent job defending me. Even though I don't foresee anymore problems with the law he would be the only lawyer I would consider if I did. My advise to anybody considering him to defend the would be to do so!

I got into my first car accident a few months ago, it was my fault and I received a ticket for failing to yield. Not a big deal for many people but as this was my first accident it caused me a good deal of stress, especially when I thought about having to appear in court. That stress all but vanished after one talk with Souder Tate about the situation. He is understanding and professional, not at all judgmental. He kept me up to date on all the details, even small ones, and I didn't have to step one foot in a court room. All I had to do was take one class that lasted about an hour, no points were put on my license and there is nothing on my record.
