Licata was amazing and supportive throughout the entire process!

Very quick to answer questions, most of the time while on the phone or very quickly with a return call. Very professional experience. A very nice well kept office and waiting area. It's hard for some to swallow their pride and ask for help, bankruptcy is a huge financial decision for the average person, the staff at Licata never made us feel small or belittled for our decision to file. It's their job as bankruptcy attorneys to help and they do. The support staff are very welcoming and very helpful. I have friends in bankruptcy that have called their own lawyer with questions and concerns and have had zero response, terrible customer service. A higher cost to file, and it can't all be because of the pandemic. Just a bad choice of attorney. Not the case here. I would recommend Licata to anyone who needs answers or help. Our case is finally over, the process has taught us to live within our means. Figure out your needs vs. your wants, and you will be successful after and during your bankruptcy as well.

We filed early 2020. Everyone in the office is very professional, kind and welcoming. Whenever I reached out with a question (I had a lot), they responded quickly and were very helpful. This was our first timing filing (and hopefully our last) and they walked us through every step of the process. Our case was discharged quickly and easily.

We can’t recommend Marc Licata enough! His entire team was polite from the moment we stepped into his office until our case was completed. Anytime we had questions or concerns, we just called or emailed and Marc was very timely in responding. He doesn’t beat around the bush, just tells you like it is! That’s exactly what my husband and I like. His knowledge and expertise allowed us to make positive decisions as we moved forward with our bankruptcy.
