I decided to not file bankruptcy because id only be filing on a quarter of my debt . I called to cancel my case on the 16th of September and my 6 month was up on the 21st.. i paid 900 dollars to them and they didnt pre pair anytging on my case but 30 min of there time printing papers and signing .. they decided to wait tell it past the 21st to close my case so they can keep my 600 ... i dont know about you but i work hard for my money .. money dont grow on trees... looks like i need to hire another lawyer

If you are needing a quality bankruptcy attorney I would look elsewhere. They did not advise me properly and ended up costing me over 1000.00 dollars extra.

Marc Licata is a man of exceptional integrity. He was able to shepherd us through a complicated Chapter 13 bankruptcy which then converted to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. He is a very kind fellow, communicates everything you need to know and assists in difficult decisions throughout the process. He is extremely competent and experienced in bankruptcy law and knows all the pressure points and important decisions that need to be made. I cannot imagine going through that experience with anyone else. I highly recommend this man to anyone considering bankruptcy. He is the best of the best!
