John young is my attorney. Responds very quickly to questions. Answers cell phone when you have an urgent matter you need taken care of immediately. Haven't been to court yet, but John seems very knowledgeable and I have no doubt we are going to have no issues. After having john as an attorney and finishing my case. I ended up firing him. Unfortunately they asked you to write a review for them upon hiring them I think they do this to make sure you cant really give them a bad review because you just hired them. He promised to habe my case filed within 3 days due to it being time urgent. He said normally 7 to 10 days. Bjt it took him 14 days in the end this literally caused me to lose my case. Also they did all initial paperwork wrong. Then I had to go in a second time with everything corrected have them redue and they did it wrong again. Had to go in a third time and still had errors but just let it go. They also charged me for all the time fixing there mistakes. Charged me over $6000 first 30 days because they kept screwing up paperwork. Did not keep me informed. Would tell me what we were doing in court then do the exact opposite and pretty much let the other lawyer go past time limits and do whatever she wanted and he would be in court and say "it's fine they were late its turned in now" so in the end he charged me $30,000 in 6 months constantly messed up didnt seem to fight at all i would tell him i wanted something done or filled would be charged to do paperwork then he would not file then 60 days later he would say "if we would have filled on that 60 days ago then something could be done but we never filled" so charge to do it then never do it and then say you never said to. Also they overcharged me one month I am disabled military so I live off that amount a month they just took it out of my account all my money had no way to pay any bills had tons of late charges and literally disnt know how I was going to make it. It took them 2 months to return my money and I had to go in there office at least 5 times and fill out a new payment form even though it was filled out the same everytime. This law firm as far as the Springfield office goes is a complete joke and will only drain you of money. And in the 6 months i dealt with this office when I hired them it was john and a clerk. When i fired there office was on there third clerk and had went through 2 attornies. So clearly they do jot have there stuff together. DO NOT RETAIN THIS OFFICE!!! If I could I would give them negative stars.

I can’t thank John and his team enough for their hard work on my case! I came to them less than a month ago due to needing new counsel immediately for my case (previous counsel absolutely botched it). John vigorously represented me and my child, and was able to get my case moving much farther in 3 weeks than I had been able to in the span of 2 years with previous counsel.
