My attorney was the best. She was very nice and patient. She made sure all the I were dotted and t were crossed. I would highly recommend them to father that need guidance and direction the through all the legal system. Very professional.

My wife and I had put off estate planning for years. Partly because we weren't rich and partly because we weren't THAT old yet. We came across a connection to Tucker Allen and finally set up an appointment. We met with Emily who did an excellent job of making the multiple options and legalese easy to understand. With no pressure, she walked us through the entire process and stayed in communication with us while we were deciding the best strategy for our family. Even at 9 months pregnant, she carried us across the finish line and we were able to get the peace of mind that comes from knowing that if the worst were to happen, we have done our best to plan for our kid's future.

The only reason for a 4 is that there were several spelling errors and swapping of last names in the first draft, and a couple in the 2nd draft, items I felt should have been caught. But Lori Hootman fixed everything and was very helpful. I had a great final signing; the price was great, ease of the meetings, to reviewing the drafts on line (just overwhelming for me with all the legal wording), and follow thru. Lori really put my 19year old daughter at ease (not easy for a kid to go thru this information about her Mom).

I want to thank Susan and her staff- My life fell apart quickly after 20yrs of marriage. I remember her telling me everything was going to be alright, I didn't believe her at the time, she proved to be more than right! She did not waste my time (as I had none back then with 3 children and full time job and attending school) The right questions were asked and advise on the things you would not thinking about- long term (kids college...etc.) (just want to get through the now) I've been divorce 10 yrs. now and still she is helping with issues that arise from the divorce (bitter man). I would not have been able to maintain my families life style without Hais & Hais. The knowledge and expertise that this firm exercise helps with the process that no one wants to go through even when faced with the fact of divorce. Friendly and fair!!

Divorce is hard enough without trying to find a Lawyer who will truly work for you. I had several conversations with Lawyers that seemed only interested in winning somehow. No one wins in a divorce. I should have went to Cordell & Cordell first so I would have avoided a lot of headaches. I met a group of people that genuinely care for you. My Lawyer was Brittany Brown. I hope you never need a divorce attorney but if you do, I strongly recommend that you ask specifically for Brittany. She is a compassionate person and a very good listener. I always felt she was there for me when I had a question and she kept me updated on my case weekly. Brittany worked hard to make sure a settlement was achieved and that it was fair for all. I am very happy with all she did for me during my divorce to ensure everything was done correctly. She guided every decision I made and I came away feeling my case was handled with care.
