They only get one star because I cant give them zero.. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. DO NOT give Rachel your money. Put down a $4000 retainer for a very simple case. She did not listen nor respect what I asked for. (I understand we don't get everything we want in these situations) but she didn't even try for me or my son.. I then fired her, we only used $1000 of my retainer, I fired her late May, here it is August 7th and I still have not received my refund. So I lost $3,000, and honestly wasted my other $1,000 on such a inconsiderate selfish "attorney". I hope she doesnt scam anybody else out of their money.. Im having to report her to the ethics board, etc and I know I probably still wont get my money back. edit to her response; my childs father had my son in the backseat of the car for 2 hours while he was passed out off fentanyl and my baby was sleeping. he was charged with DUI & child endangerment. When she first heard about the case it was "hes screwed. hes never going to see that baby again, were going to bury him" and then that turned into her not doing a thing on mine and my sons behalf and treating me and my childs sperm donor like we were one in the same. She was at least 30 minutes late to every single court date. And since she says "1,000 wasnt enough for the 6 months" then you shouldve charged me more AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. not after you get fired and now your salty so you want to keep the rest of my 3,000. Rachel is a lazy, disrespectful, unprofessional so called "attorney". I feel sorry for whoever she does represent. And the only reason she's so big in Franklin County is because her family's name is all over the county. I honestly shouldve known better hiring somebody from Meth capital.

Hired this "lawyer" and she dropped my case because I got pissed that she wouldn't return phone calls or emails. She quoted me $700 flat fee then made up every little charge to pad the bill. Enjoy your Mercedes you thief.
