My case was a very contentious- and was on-going for several years. When I hired Megan last year to take my case she did so by grabbing it by the horns and she never let go. No matter how much communication I needed for understanding what steps needed to take place or how to take them, she was right there and never made me feel like I wasn't worth her time. Her knowledge of Montana law and her application of that law is what made my case! On my birthday of this year, I got the call that we won the case completely! I mean to say that I got everything I had asked for in my filing! I now have full physical and legal custody of my son! Megan is a kind hearted woman who really does care about her clients. But, do not let that kind heart trip you up.. because in the courtroom, she take care of business!! She will go the extra mile to go to bat for you! I highly recommend Megan and I cannot emphasize that enough!

People wouldn’t believe how much this attorney drops the ball for her clients. She never made a single court appearance for my case but was all over me paying my bill off monthly. When consulting with her, she showed little to no interest in my case. Every single bit of advise when offered backfired and in NO way helped my case out. Then she settled my case over the phone and presented me with a bullox offer and said that I would have to pay her another $6k for her to go to court to fight it. After she missed the only court appearance I hired her for. I had serious doubts that she would keep her word this time. I paid my balance owed in full but would strongly suggest you look for other legal representation.
