Jarrod provided us with excellent service. He took the time to explain all aspects of the estate planning process and the various options to consider in establishing out Trust. He made sure he understood our needs, desires and objectives and that our Trust met those criteria. We would highly recommend Blazek & Gregg to anyone seeking estate planning expertise.

Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Patient (and my wife says to add friendly) Integrity was my primary desired trait when selecting an Estate planning attorney. This was important to me because I will likely not be present when the results of their work are truly evaluated. I had been watching Jim for several years after a friend, and former employee of Jim had shared how they admired him as an employer. And I later had the opportunity to personally get to know Jim when he showed up to volunteer his personal time as a leader at a local childrens club that I was leading. This gave me a chance to observe Jim's interactions with people outside the office; and with my own children that will be using his teams services in the future. He showed the upmost integrity, patience and care for everyone he worked with. This cemented my decision to set up an appointment with the Estate Planning Law Group of Blazek & Gregg. In our first meeting Jim patiently answered our questions related to the difference between Trusts vs Wills. He did this in a friendly manner that helped us evaluate near and long term needs. He highlighted potential situations that I had not thought to consider. For example, he asked What we wanted to happen to a child's inheritance as progress through their stages of life (e.g. marriage and potential divorce). With a plan identified, their team started the daunting task of creating the legalese and arranging it all in a nice tabbed binder that will help future readers identify sections of interest. Their paralegals then worked to submit beneficiary updates to all of my banks, investment firms, and insurance providers. Throughout the process - understand it is a process, their entire staff was very helpful and accommodating. Although cost was a primary consideration in selecting their group, subsequent research showed that their fees are in line with other attorney's in the area. Overall I highly recommend the Estate Planning Law Group of Blazek & Gregg and if anything changes I'll be sure to update my post.

Jerrod Gregg was the most ignorant attorney I've ever met. Once he sold and costed my parents thousands of dollars, he wont return a single phone call and when we finally checked his credentials (should have before) we discovered he's had several complaints against him. It's just a hard shame we got scammed. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.
