After reading several well written books on Wills and Trusts, the advantages of creating a Trust was clear. My long time lawyer said he would put together a Trust, but implied that Trusts really weren't his "thing." Realizing that I wouldn't hire a plumber to do electrical work, I Googled, Estate Planning Omaha. The Blazek Group came up and after reading multiple reviews, they seemed like a good choice. A simple call and the nice lady set me up with an appointment with Paul Blazek. I would soon find out that it wasn't a good choice...it was a fantastic choice. My wife and I met with Paul Blazek. Paul is a great, young lawyer. He is friendly, smart, and does a wonderful job of clearly explaining the direction all Trust documents should take as the Trust is created. He not only covered all the standard examples listed in all the books I read about Trusts, he went into even greater detail. His foresight on writing up a great Trust will save us time, money, and unexpected hardships in the future. My wife and I were so impressed with Paul and job he did for us. Once prepared, our Trust documents were presented in a large binder, printed in easy to read font type, and organized carefully. Most documents like this are like reading Russian, but everything was clear and understandable. Paul went over each section carefully and made sure we were happy with his work. I have had lots of legal work done over the years, but I give Paul Blazek, Blazek Estate Planning Law Group, my highest recommendation.
