I feel very, very lucky to have had Dan represent me. I was in a horrific bike accident (a car hit me). I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. Dan actually came to the hospital to talk me bedside! I was in a lot of pain and on a lot of meds. He was patient, caring, and direct. I knew right away that I could trust him to take care of everything for me. If I ever had a question during the process, he would answer me within the same day. He kept me informed- but not overwhelmed- the whole time. I didn’t have good insurance, and neither did the motorist who hit me. But he got me the highest settlement possible, and I am amazed that he was able to make so much happen with such modest insurance policies. GET UMBRELLA COVERAGE, PEOPLE! He made sure to remind me to get better insurance multiple times for the future. If you need an accident lawyer, Dan Friedman is your man. I can’t thank him enough.

The Friedman Law Office has spent a lot of time with me over the last five years, litigating a significant car accident injury I received in 2013. Dan and Herb always took the time to talk to me and answer any questions or concerns I had. They never sugar coated things and always explained realistically what I could expect. There was never any pressure to settle or rush the case, thus it took some time to get me to a result we were happy with. Every staff member was helpful, especially Laurie. Dan Friedman has done an outstanding job representing 2 generations of our family in car accidents resulting in injury. These cases have been especially challenging because both myself and my daughter were the drivers and victims in 2 car accidents that occurred relatively close together in time.
