Not very friendly over the phone, verging on rude. The way someone acts to me the first time I speak to them over the phone gives a lasting impression, and my impression is that the gentleman I spoke with (Stan) was unnecessarily curt and condescending to me. I will not be calling them back. He told me a notification that I was involved in a Class Action Lawsuit sounded like fraud without listening to anything I had to say, when in fact it is not: The case is Powers et al. v. Credit Management Services Inc. et al., case number 8:11-cv-00436, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska. Just FYI Edited to add: just looked at the other reviews and Stan was the person I spoke to as well! I just didn't want to put his name in case he was just having a bad day, but there is clearly a pattern here so I added his name.
