I had the unfortunate opportunity to retain Friedman law office. My 18 year old daughter was killed in a car accident last spring. We chose to retain Dan Friedman as our lawyer. I knew the moment I met Dan he was the right lawyer for me. From the first visit he made me feel like family. He was extremely sympathetic to my situation. He took care of everything. Without him I never would have been able to do any of it on my own. Going through such a tragic event was horrific. Having Dan at my side was a blessing. He is such a sweet man. I highly recommend him and his law firm. Every person in his office always made me feel at home and at ease. Knowing I didn’t have to do anything was such an incredible relief. Hired Friedman years ago and they were great and did a fantastic job, and now just hired them again .

I filed a complaint against an attorney who was helping his client perpetuate an ongoing fraud. They refused to even review the complaint which included documentation of the fraud. I was told they didn’t want to get involved since it was being litigated. So their position is to make you pay to fight it in court even though they are supposed to enforce the rules.

Stephen and Dan were so very helpful to me from the very beginning. They worked diligently on my personal injury settlement with the insurance companies. They kept me informed during every step of the process and took the time to explain everything to me in language I could understand. When I had questions Dan and Stephen were easy to get in touch with.They are kind and compassionate folks and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of legal representation.

When my daughter was in an accident where the other driver was at fault, we tried to negotiate with the insurance company on our own for 2-1/2 years before we partnered with Dan. We should've gone to Dan right away. Not only did he help us receive a much better settlement than we were offered on our own, but he suggested we try some different medical options and doctors, who were able to help her have a far better health outcome than she was facing before we saw the new doctors. Also appreciated his honesty about the good and bad aspects of her case. The realistic outlook was far more useful than just having him telling us what he thought we wanted to hear.

I was involved in a serious car accident when another driver hit my car at high speed after running a red light. With multiple surgeries, weeks in the hospital, and months of physical therapy, we needed an advocate who could navigate this confusing process so I could focus on recovery, and Friedman Law did that superbly. Our case was probably more straightforward than some others, but I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in any circumstance, simple or complex. It was an excellent experience all around.

I would like to thank Friedman for taking my case, they were very knowledgeable in my case and they kept up to speed from the begging until the end. Steve Sael was assigned to my case, and I highly recommend him for any injury case. He treated me very well as the whole team did. Dan is an amazing attorney. He went above and beyond in all parts of my case and got great results! He knows what he is doing and is very personable.
