After my wife and I discovered that the insurance company for the vehicle that caused injury to our automobile was not going to give us a fair settlement we contacted Friedman Law -- just a few days before our ability to file a lawsuit was to expire. Dan Friedman and his associates handled everything most efficiently from that day forward and we were able to get much better settlement. We should have contacted Dan immediately after the accident.

These folk like to keep things simple. No, don't reach out to them if you're desperate for help. They will deny you. "We get more calls than we can take." I just want some help and after assurances that they could help, they refused my case. Edit to the owner: Y'all refused to help.

I was hesitant to get an attorney after my accident where a distracted driver ran a red light and basically t-boned my car. But when the insurance company would not call me back, I realized I needed an attorney to help me through the process and it was the best decision.
