They explained things to me in great detail, they were patient and took their time in answering all questions, and above that they were extremely kind and caring people. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Super grateful for this team!

Friendly and fast service... however, when it was time to tally to a lawyer and do a consultation, he wouldn't get on the phone, and the mood shifted, and they couldn't help me and they were not very helpful

Steffans Law was extremely helpful professional and went above and beyond to make the whole process simple for me. I asked a lot of questions and they did not get frustrated with me. They always returned my emails and phone calls. They really care about people. They want to make sure they get you the best possible outcome for you and not for them and their pockets. I called several lawyers about my case in the Omaha area and It seemed like most of them wanted to make it as complicated as possible and drag out the process so they could charge me more money. Not Steffans Law , They got right to the point, and handled my case and didn’t drag it out. And there price was very affordable and fair. I highly recommend them.

Bill Steffens and the personal injury team accomplished much more than I could have as an individual. They handled multiple medical billing site and insurance companies to resolve our claim. Bill frequently called to keep up posted with progress. Janet Slack handled the document exchange efficiently in a timely manner. While we are a distance from the offices, that was never an issue. I believe we received a better settlement working with Steffens Law than had we attempted to negotiate the process alone.
