After pondering if I wanted professional help with the accident claim and solicitation from several law firms, I selected Steffens Law. I am very happy with this decision. Throughout the process I was involved as I was advised and had my opinion sought to provide directions seeking a settlement. Personal contact from Bill Steffens happened regularly. During these conversations I never felt rushed or like I was just another task needing finished before the end of the workday. During these conversations Bill learned who I am and what drives me as a Christian. I also had the pleasure of learning who he is as a man and professional. I also felt valued by Janet Slack and the other staff members who I connected with at the firm. Bottom line, the Steffens Law firm is a group of professionals doing quality work while valuing me as a client. Steffens Law made money through the process - they should. That said, I know I received a much larger settlement using Steffens Law than had I approached the process without their experience and knowledge. Having them wade through the communication necessary with the medical providers, the multiple insurance companies and Medicare would have been overwhelming for me. I pray I do not face this kind of challenge in the future. If my Lord does place this kind of wilderness experience before me again, I will not hesitate to contact Bill Steffens and Steffens Law to support me with settlement.

For the most part, this is a great law firm. My only complaint was documents getting lost in the shuffle and having to resubmit. I would definitely use Steffens Law in the future and would definitely refer them. Couldn’t ask for a better, more understanding group of people.

I have done business with this place twice and have had great experiences both times! They are fast, answer any question at all you may have, and treat you like a person and not just another case. I suggest them to anyone who needs help with bankruptcy! I live about 4 hours away from the office and they were fantastic at getting me the papers I needed when I needed them. All around good group of people to deal with!
