Contacted Tom on a possible felony possession charge with marijuana and edibles, amongst three other minor violations. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the laws governing this, he also knows how the interpretation of the laws vary from county to county in Nebraska. He is also very calm and collected as is his staff. Upon meeting him, I immediately knew that I had contacted the right attorney. His staff is also very welcoming and respectful. All said and done, he got the possible felony reduced to an infraction charge and got two of the other three charges dropped. He saved us a ton of money and future hardships that could have occurred with a felony or a misdemeanor conviction. HE IS THE MAN FOR THE JOB AND IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL IN HIS CAREER. I highly recommend him as no one else could've done what he did for me. Call him immediately if you should find yourself in a similar situation.

Beau Finley was walking out the door when he overheard a woman in authority threaten me if I didn't do what she wanted me to do. Beau immediately turned around and asked me if I needed help as he was an attorney. I thought he was very gallant and someone who could be trusted with difficult situations. I was able to handle the situation myself but I'd trust him if I ever do need his services.
