Why I made the decision to go with Cody, was his flat rate right from the beginning, and flat rate on if it went to trial. I called 4 attorneys, one charged by the minute Another was double what Cody quoted with no refund if it didn't go to trial. We feel his advice came from his past knowledge of being a prosecutor. He answers your text and calls.

I would highly recommend Miltenberger before any other law firm in the Lincoon-Nebraska area. Firstly, when I was facing a very desperate situation, Miltenberger law firm was able to immediately contact me back regarding a legal issue I was facing in order to profer legal advice. Secondly, Miltenberger was able to find a resolution to my situation and defended my legal rights in an impartial and professional manner. I personally worked with Cody who is soft spoken, extremely intelligent and a highly dedicated individual who was working well past 5pm on a Sunday for my case. I was looking to hire an attorney for a misdemeanor charge and spoke to a Kenny Jacobs..he’s clearly an honest guy and told me he wouldn’t take my money for a charge I would most likely get diversion for which would probably result in taking a class and staying out of trouble for @least 6 mos.. not too many lawyers will give u advice and not take your money for a simple charge .. when they know it would be easy money..I appreciated that.. pretty genuine guy here ..

I was anxious about everything and expecting the worst. I contacted Cody and he was very understanding and gave me more peace of mind.
