Before Bassel, I had a negligent and unresponsive lawyer. This led to me being in a desperately poor position with a custody modification. Despite obstacles, Bassel took the case and did a lot of extra work off-the-clock. He was honest and direct about his expectations and how to proceed. He had to work against extreme bias, but he did so with class and did his best. Bassel responded to calls and texts within hours—I was amazed by his responsiveness after my first experience. Bassel shared both what he thought AND what we could expect. This was a painful, frustrating and emotional time in my life and sometimes I was too burned out from work and from the vexatious bullying to anyone, but Bassel UNDERSTOOD. Things were easier with Bassel; he was willing to talk to my fiancé whenever I asked—it was so helpful to be able to have another person welcomed in the process. I am so grateful for the energy and effort he put in to my case.

I would definitely recommend this Law firm. I live in California and needed to find an attorney in Nebraska. Don't know anyone in Omaha, Nebraska so i was given a list. I picked this company and I am glad i did. They were able to get things done in a very quick turn around. They were very professional and responsive during this COVID-19 and i am very happy with the service. Thank you Attorney Johnson and staff.

I had them look into a K-1 visa that I did. They were post to do agree quest for information. Instead they filed and I-290 and submitted paperwork that was not complete therefore my $2000 plus another $2000 for The adjustment of status which is the I-485 for a K-1 visa and a K-2. Next I asked him for a digital copy of my paperwork they charge me $10 and it has been 11 days and I have still not received anything. If I can give negative stars I would.

Do not trust them! All they want is your money, the other reviews are not fake and are very true. I firmly believe they do not care about their clients. They just submit paper work and call it good. I know three people whom have been lied to and taken advantage of that have been denied or sent back to their country. Oh and they lack communication and also “forget to submit paperwork”

I was referred to Johnson and Pekny by a friend that is an attorney in Iowa. I met with and retained Jamie Cooper, she made me feel comfortable and helped me navigate through the legal process. Bueno tuvimos una cita con el abogado kasaby me inspiró confianza pero para que tomara nuestro caso de Imigration teníamos que prepararnos con los pasaportes y otros documentos importantes para que el pudiera tomar nuestro proceso, llamamos para hacer cita y claramente pedimos que se nos atendiera kasaby por motivo que el sabe y nos habló sobre todo el proceso nos tomó un mes para tener cita llego el día, nos presentamos y nos salen que la cita era con otro abogado que no conocemos, pedimos otra cita pero con kasaby, tuvimos que esperar otro mes, y llamamos para confirmar la cita y que nos verificaran que fuera el y nos salen otra ves, que no se encuentra en la oficina, y la secretaria que atiende las llamadas nos confirmó que la cita estaba en marcha y se le preguntó y ella confirmó que el sería, llego la hora de cita, y nos sale con otro abogado, fue mucho la frustración, mi opinón es que solo usan el nombre de kasaby, y afuerza quieren que utilices otro abogado que conocemos, pero la secretaria se hace la mosca muerta que no sabe que qué paso pueda ser que el sea muy buen abogado pero si sigue con las secretarias que trabajan en esa oficina, lo van a llevar a la quiebra por la poca eficiencia y profesionalismo. Suerte para los que hacen su cita.
