Lisa Gonzalez was amazing to work with! she is also very professional and friendly She made the whole process as smooth as she could with the circumstances thrown at us and everyone in the office is all very nice and always returned phone calls in a timely manner! if ever have to need legal advice again i will definitely be calling her again!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Darren Pekny and everyone else I came in contact with at Johnson & Pekny. I really appreciated what an attentive listener he was and I never felt judged when sensitive material was brought to the table in my long drawn out custody case. Mr. Pekny worked with me every step of the way and I felt as though he respected and took into consideration my feelings, thoughts and opinions. He always gave great legal advice and I commended him for being reasonable and realistic about potential outcomes. As one can imagine in certain cases, such as a custody case or divorce, emotions can become heightened and he was always a sound voice of reason yet remained focused on the goal. He was always a perfect balance of professional and also very approachable. He always got back to me in a timely manner which was important to me. Darren Pekny exceeded my needs as an attorney and I'm very grateful to him for that. I would, and have, highly recomended him for any of your legal needs.

Worst law office in existence. Good luck getting your attorney to return calls or emails, and you'll absolutely never be able to get them to take your call. They are okay providing inadequate counsel, and they won't do anything you ask of them even though they work for you.

FABULOUS ** HELP FROM A FABULOUS ATTORNEY & TEAM!!! --- I would like to do this review regarding the Law office of Johnson & Pekny ---- I have been working with them to file bankruptcy and clear my debt which to some may be embarrassing but to me it is a step in the right direction, to be able to move forward into my dreams. We all have our own reason to do a Bankruptcy. The best part about this bankruptcy was not only debt-free but I could not ask for a better attorney, Mr. Gerald Johnson or the rest of the staff at this law office including Irene at the Empire State Building Downtown Omaha - she is fabulous and prompt receptionist. Delight to speak to her; then there is Tabby - let me just say "WOW!" She is so prompt and understanding and literally knows exactly how to help and what to do to help you...without question or rudeness which sometimes you may find with office staff. The final person that I had exceptional contact with is Wendy- I called her and asked her a question and asked her to email it, and by the time I hung up and looked at my email -- THE ANSWER WAS THERE. Now to some of you; you may think well they are your attorneys office and they owe you that 'cause you pay them. NO ONE OWE'S you legit kindness, they only owe you the service. My Johnson always has a smile on his face and definitely welcomes you into his "bubble." Irene, Tabby, and Wendy are always very pleasant and prompt literally you don't have to ask for anything twice and they all INCLUDING MR. JOHNSON WERE AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT TO WORK WITH; I was confident going into the hearing and everything AND I MEAN EVERYTHING THAT anyone told me AT THIS ATTORNEY'S OFFICE is exactly how it happened. Now I have a friend that filed with another attorneys office and she got "screwed." I literally got treated with utmost respect and they were a pleasure to work with; and very informative. (mind you Mr. Johnson, has several years of experience in the bankruptcy field) If you are LOOKING FOR A GREAT ATTORNEY PLEASE SEE MR. I want to Thank Attorney Lauren Schmoke for always taking the time to hear our concerns in regards to my fathers case. She came through and thanks to her and all her staff our family was not separated. It was like a roller coaster experience where we did not see a positive outcome, but she was always reassuring us and telling us what we needed to do on our part to win this case. Hello! My husband and I have been a customer with Kasaby and Nicholls for a few years now and its been nothing but amazing working with him and his team! As soon as we came in Rosina greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we felt welcomed. Another amazing member of his team was Nei, she answered any and every question we had and made sure we had all the information we needed. Kasaby saved my family so much money and it was all completely hassle free! Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Terrible!! No communication not even return phone calls or even visit with his client(s)!! Took money for nothing!!!!

very bad experience with this lawyer , waiting time of almost two hours (that is disrespectful for the time of the clients), they did not take care of my case, I am almost begging them to put attention on my case, I made a phone appointment with their assistant and she never answer the phone, after that I try to contact to her five times in two weeks and she never answered me, my case should be take an average of one and a half years and this took more than two years and it is not over yet. His assistants are not serious, if they say they are going to contact you to assist you with your case they never contact to you and it is not easy contact to them. Every lawyer always charges in advance, I paid an advance of more than $ 450 dollars and after that I decided to withdraw my case and the lawyer did not return that payment, rather bad experience, my opinion PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THAT LAW OFFICE. the only thing I can say good about him is that he has knowledge and experience but he does not know at all how to serve his clients, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE,>
