I have worked with Jim for 3 years and let me tell you his abilities to get the job done is flawless. In my opinion from personal experience Jim is hands down the best attorney I have ever worked with. He has a plethora of knowledge in multiple areas of law and he has delivered each and every time. Whether it’s family law, criminal or business Jim WILL deliver.

Jeff is a phenomenal lawyer who really believes in giving his clients a vigorous defense. Some attorneys want your money and a plea deal. Jeff wants to beat the case. As the President of the Omaha Barrister Club he is know to all Judges, Defense Attorneys and Prosecutors. I have seen him get things done with ease that most attorneys have trouble or outright inability to do. I have been in plenty of courtrooms and I have learned that the difference between a good attorney and a great attorney can have a lifelong impact. Jeff is the man who will keep that felony off your record, or that charge off of your wrap sheet. One benefit from my experience in court is that I know who is good and who is great. My last defense attorney is now known as the Honorable Horacio Wheelock, a highly respected District Court Judge. Jeff is the only attorney I could find that had the same tenacity, skill, passion and courtroom prowess and I hired him immediately. We all want to win. Dont let pending criminal charges be a gamble. Handled our legal matter to our great satisfaction. Prompt response to questions/phone calls. Helped us to get resolution quicky (honestly, probably could have drawn it out longer and got more money, but he did not). Would highly recommend.

I called Mr. Leuschen for his help with a small legal problem and not only was he supportive of the issue but easy to talk to. He responded in a timely manner, explained things in a way I could understand and was exactly the type of lawyer and support I needed for my court appearance. I don’t plan on having any future legal problems but if I did I would contact Mr. Leuschen again.
