Very helpful, and understanding!

I was recommended to Miltenberger Law from a friend and I’m so happy I was! I work in healthcare so I was very nervous of the potential outcome. Great communication, understanding, professional, and straight forward from the beginning. Highly satisfied with the outcome and I would recommend!

Why I made the decision to go with Cody, was his flat rate right from the beginning, and flat rate on if it went to trial. I called 4 attorneys, one charged by the minute Another was double what Cody quoted with no refund if it didn't go to trial. We feel his advice came from his past knowledge of being a prosecutor. He answers your text and calls.

This is supposed to be an organization that helps those who cannot help themselves in a tricky, confusing legal system. They know their clients are likely to not have computers (why are their documents barely fillable on a phone??), and they know their clients likely do not have bank accounts (why TF do they ask for a debit card???), and they know their clients have likely been screwed over by the legal system time and again (why do they make it difficult to complete a process like getting a d*mn ID????). If I could leave zero stars I would. Do your job, Legal Aid of Nebraska. Do your job.

Matt and his amazing staff are the best in the business!! Highly recommend for anyone that needs a lawyer for custody or just want to work with a lawyer that acts and treats you with the highest respect, always keeping you and your family before all else!!!! I would highly recommend Miltenberger before any other law firm in the Lincoon-Nebraska area. Firstly, when I was facing a very desperate situation, Miltenberger law firm was able to immediately contact me back regarding a legal issue I was facing in order to profer legal advice. Secondly, Miltenberger was able to find a resolution to my situation and defended my legal rights in an impartial and professional manner. I personally worked with Cody who is soft spoken, extremely intelligent and a highly dedicated individual who was working well past 5pm on a Sunday for my case. Third, due to using Miltenberger, I was able to settle outside of court without being placed into further compromising situations.
