Mr. Olsen got my aggravated DUI dropped down to a non aggravated and kept me out of jail! Thanks again Mr. Olsen.

Just a joke and not helpful in any manner. They take your information before they even ask what the issue is, or if they can even help you. I called on behalf of my nephew, who is currently incarcerated just for legal advice, and I couldn’t even get that information from them. They told me he would have to write a letter so just imagine how long that would take. Thanks, but no thanks!
