They all were very friendly, and considerate, and helpful. Bill was very helpful answering all my questions. Then he had Jay take over. I’m so thankful for Jay. He has answered all my questions. Help me try to figure out how to do things. He always told me ahead of time if I have any questions or anything just give him a call . I was hit by a lady that T-boned my car. 2 1/2 years ago it all started going to the doctor’s, and Pain Doctor. And finally it’s all figured out and settled. I’m so glad it’s over with. if I ever need an attorney again, I will definitely call them. They go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. And if they don’t quite know the answer they find out for me and then let me know. I am so glad I chose them to take my case. I will definitely tell everybody to call Steffens law. Whenever I talk with Jay on the phone, he always leaves our conversation with making me laugh. They make me feel like family that cares about me. Jay makes me feel important. Very friendly. Very professional. Very organized. Very thorough. They stay on top of everything and stay on top of you to make sure you don't miss or forget anything. Which was great for us because I tend to lose track of time and things due to the hours I work. They could not have made it any easier.
