I had dealings with both Dan Welch and Natalie Hein. My personal opinion, they are 2 of the worst attorneys on this side of Chicago. Highly recommend to search elsewhere for knowledgeable attorneys.

Mr. Jeffers does a fantastic job. He is easy to reach, honest, fair, transparent which is refreshing in this day and age. Highly recommend his services!

Would not recommend for a tenant lawyer. Michael Decker has had poor communication through my entire process. Beginning with having to constantly ask for the link to pay, to obtain him as my lawyer. He stated he charged $250/hour. Michael did not represent me. He took my money, never filed with the courts that he was representing me. Charged me $750 because “he forwarded messages.” When the original agreement was that he would charge per hour, not per message. He didn’t even know that the courts entered a judgment against me. Please do yourself a favor and do not bother. If I could rate 0/5 I would give him a 0.

The staff at Steffens Law are very kind, non-judgmental and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me that I needed to get them and the attorney called me the night before to go over questions and practice with me. It took longer than I expected to file, but that is partly my fault because I changed jobs. I do highly recommend Steffens Law!

This was a great experience,they are so nice and explained everything so I could understand every step of the way...I also was very greatfull that everything was done online or through email and phone calls... I never wanted to file for bankruptcy but it was necessary and they helped me not feel bad about it. I will and have recommended them to friends and family.
