I cannot thank Berry Law Firm / Staff enough, I want to thank everyone that worked on my VA claims, John Berry Sr, John Berry Jr, Joe Pilgrim, Jamie Krien, David Hoeser and a very special thanks to Lorraine Chrastil (Retired) all of you worked hard to help me get my VA benefits and this last VA claims award was a very huge win!!, Lastly to all those veterans who are looking for the right representation look no further then Berry Law Firm they get results hands down, I was struggling looking for respresentation in my home state of Texas and was turned down by everyone until I found Berry Law Firm in Lincoln, Nebraska they have been representing me since 2018 with great results everytime, I don't intend to get help elsewhere ,again I can't state this enough Thanks from me and my wife Berry Law Firm you were a blessing to us ,I was struggling and frustrated with the VA before you took me on as a client,.My lawyer Mr Hoeser and legal assistant Mrs Krien have always made time to keep me informed about my appeals process, copies of paperwork needed , phone calls etc. They are a really great team.

Great team of Attorneys and staff. Lorraine and Laura have been exceptional and very helpful. They have done an excellent job guiding me through the often confusing and difficult processes of filing a claim. I do wish at times They were a little more responsive but I understand they are probably busy and I'm not the only client but it gets frustrating. But all in all very helpful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I enjoy the conversations we do have and Would highly recommend this firm to assist in any VA claim you have. Before I get in contact with BERRY Law I was kind of spinning my wheels trying to get to VA to give me the increases in the service connected disability readings that I earned but with this law firm everything is happening at a much faster pace I went from 10% to 40% to 80% If you’re thinking about using BERRY LAW I strongly recommend....... Barry Law firm started to represent me in 2019 after I had exhausted all my efforts to have the VA raise my disability rating. They have been great! When we signed on together, I was totally denied and no service connected disability. Today I am 100 percent P/T. The staff employed by the firm is far more “likely than not” the best in Veterans law.
