This review should have been posted a year ago. Will Harris assisted me with my Security Clearance issue with my position. I'll keep this simple - skip the big name law firms on the East and West Coasts. They will try to get you to go to a hearing and their % of taking of the "Intent to Deny Eligibility" rebuttal is in the 30 percentile! You'll find that most places charge about/around $1,500 for clearance rebuttals - if you're going to make a bet on your career, take it to Berry Law Firm where they have over a 90%+ success rate on the rebuttal vs 30%. I spoke to several of the attorneys initially before being passed to Will but they were always professional and after finding out I was a veteran, followed through on every phone call, message, etc. Will is also a JAG Officer in the Guard so he really was (and is) the perfect fit and knows the systems/processes extremely well for security clearances. My clearance was approved in the rebuttal process (no need for a hearing/more $$) and resulted in saving my job and a plan for the future.

These guys are awesome! They took on my case 2 years into the fight. After two years of fighting the VA on my own, getting a congressman involved and being admitted to the hospital they took all the stress off of me and got me a rating decision within months. I can't recommend them highly enough. A year after winning my initial decision they did a follow up and found an issue and handled it with nothing more required from me than permission to do so. If you are bringing a PTSD case to the VA these are the folks to go to.

I must admit, I was somewhat impatient at first, but Lorraine Chrastil kept telling me that this process can take some time. They don't have control over time. No one does. Everyone's case is different so I let time take its course, but every time I called in for advice or information I always got a pretty rapid reply and a feeling of relief from Lorraine or any one of her representatives and it's paying off!
