Matt was great to work with, however sometimes it was frustrating when I would email or call and not get a response. I’m a little impatient and the unknown was stressful for me. I wanted answers he probably didn’t have right away. I understand he’s busy and pry had more serious cases than mine. Overall, I can’t complain too much. He got my charges reduced, and the probation shortened with no jail time. I’m pleased with the outcome, and glad I can put this behind me. Thank you Matt Knipe!

With overwhelming evidence to support my innocence I was advised by the attorney to plead guilty to a crime that I didn’t commit. After repeatedly refusing he convinced me to plead no contest to one charge for an agreed upon sentence. At the time of sentencing the judge handed down double what I had agreed to. Maybe it was due to what the attorney said about me. He told the judge of things that were not only embarrassing, but unprofessional and lead to my sentence being double. Thanks (attorney I will keep private) for not doing what you were hired to do and destroying my life. Based on my experience, if you are innocent, choose an attorney that won’t just roll over like the one from Berry Law Firm did on me.
