Awesome experience working with John and his staff!

I would highly recommend John Lentz to anyone looking for a bankruptcy lawyer. Him and his team made this experience extremely smooth. I wasn't sure what to expect but he's the best at what he does, I can't thank you enough for the financial freedom that I now have back!

I hope this posting comes across as heart-felt as I mean it to, as there are no words to write about how grateful I am to Mr. McGuire. My debts piled up over the past few years of family troubles and depression. Spending was my way to live through it. I honestly had many times where I would have to live on $13 for two weeks. I checked on the Nebraska bar website and others, and found Tom just randomly. No referral or past experience with him. But I was truly, truly blessed when Tom started to help me and work through all this mess I'd created. It wasn't long before I was able to find direction again and after filing my Chapter 7 case, Tom was on his way to helping me start over. The advice, the dedication, the professionalism and the caring reassurance meant the world to me. Today, my case was discharged. This will be the most comforting of Christmases for me in quite a long, long time. Please, if you need help and don't know where to turn, contact Tom. This was the worst experience that i have ever had burke will talk down on you like your not capable of anything and he will keep “reminding” you things even if you ask him not to… and just because your not in his tax bracket he will make sure you feel it and his secretaries are just as dumb… i was a really bad experience make you feel bad cause your filing bankruptcy… i don’t recommend anyone to call him try to find someone that can actually put themselves in your shoes.

Called to ask for some guidance and possibly higher for a situation and the answer i recieved was “i dont know”
