I knew i was in a serious situation but put it off until my bank account was getting hit. Initial consult was straightforward, fees were clearly laid out and a reasonable payment schedule was set up. if you keep proper records and bring them with you, the process is very smooth. If I had to do it again, I would have contacted Burke at the first sign of trouble instead of trying to play catch up. So far a great experience, going to my "meeting" next week but have full confidence my rating will stand.

Can’t say enough good things about the way John handled my case. On the front end he was patient as we discuss all options. Once a decision was made, he made sure to explain the process in detail. I never felt pressured or uninformed and his personality is relaxed but professional. In every way he made sure the whole process went smooth.
